Not resolved

On December 3 my sales person at the Movers Group was Iris who scheduled my move me from SRQ, FL to ATL. I was promised delivery in 3 days.

They picked up my furniture on 12/27 in SRQ and today is 1/2/11 and I still to not have my furniture here in GA and I am not able to get a hold of anyone at the Movers Group to tell me where my furniture is and when it will arrive.

I have left voicemails and sent emails but to date no response. What a terrible company this is. They know nothing about customer service.


Monetary Loss: $10.
